What’s is greater than mixing the southern blues of Memphis, TN with beauty. From the runway, to corporate offices there has always been a hidden talent. In Memphis, we have women who are more than just women, they are entitled to the environment around them and they know it. This is proof before your eyes that if you work hard you could become anything you want or as she says, “Be Bold, Be True, Be You.” From beauty queen to saxophonist, Alexis Cole of Memphis,TN will be performing at University of Memphis Women’s Basketball game February 15th.
Directly after the day of love, she will be showing love for her city with a full heart. “I am so excited that I will be performing at the game on my alto saxophone,” she said, “as a native of Memphis this is truly an honor and I cannot wait to put on for my city.” The city of Memphis she truly loves and uses it as her foundation. She is now the official Miss Black Tennessee and has participated in a multitude of pageants, winning awards for her amazing personality and finishing in top placements. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated and has a heart & soul to win, even for all people around her. If you see Alexis in Memphis let your light shine and her’s as well by smiling taking a picture with her and congratulating her on her success.
